Reservation policy
- All reservations are charged in advance through credit/debit card.
- The Hostel will do its best to accommodate any request for modification of a reservation, although any request to change the date or duration of the stay or any other product and/or service will be subject to availability. The payments corresponding to these changes must be made in advance for the confirmation of the new terms and conditions.
Cancellation policy
- In case of selecting a promotional rate, provided that the guest has been duly informed of the terms and conditions and has accepted them (including, but not limited to, the non-refundable rates, promotional rates and discount codes), the reservation may be cancelled but will neither be reimbursed nor exchanged for another date.
- The Hostel may cancel the reservation in the event that any external factors or unavoidable circumstances render accommodation impossible. In this case, we will refund any payment made in advance.
