Internal regulations

  • The Hostel reserves the right of admission.
  • It is mandatory to fill in the registration form at the time of check-in at the establishment and provide all the information requested therein (current Personal Data Protection regulations), as well as provide a valid credit card number upon arrival as a guarantee.
  • No animals are allowed, except for guide dogs.
  • SMOKING and VAPING are strictly prohibited in the rooms and common areas of the establishment, except for the terrace.
  • In the event of any damage caused inside the rooms, or in any common area of the Hostel, the management will reserve the right to charge the cost of damage to the guest’s credit card.
  • The reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • The check-in starts at 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your belongings in our luggage storage until the room is ready.
  • The check-out time is until 12:00. In case the client does not check out at the indicated time, the establishment may charge one more night’s stay at the standard rate of that particular date.
  • The breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30.
  • For safety reasons, cooking is not allowed in the rooms and the use of any gas or electrical appliance that could cause a fire is prohibited. Non-compliance to this rule may lead to eviction from the room and the company can charge for the entire stay.
  • Eating in the rooms is prohibited.
  • The guests will be liable to pay for any extra beds used—whether to sleep, lie down or keep objects—in addition to the ones already paid for.
  • The possession, distribution and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages and drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • The establishment DOES NOT allow stag/hen nights, parties or other such activities inside the rooms that could cause any inconvenience or be dangerous for other guests, neighbours or the staff members.
  • The “Quiet Hours”: Except for the events and/or activities organised by the Hostel, we maintain quiet time from 23:00 to 8:00 for the peace and comfort of our guests. We encourage all our guests to be as quiet as possible during these hours.
  • The Hostel’s furniture must not be moved without prior permission from the Hostel’s management.
  • In case of booking two or more beds, there is no guarantee that the beds will be in the same shared room.
  • For group reservations, special terms and conditions will apply.
  • For security reasons, the maximum number of people staying in a room should be the number reflected in the reservation.
  • If the guest stays more than one night in the Hostel, the bed linens and towels will be changed every two or three days.
  • Valuables or cash must be deposited in the safe deposit box available at the reception.
  • Each guest is assigned a locker to store their luggage or personal belongings. It must be accessed and secured with a lock that the guests can bring with themselves or purchase from our vending machine.

  • Accommodation for persons under 18 is not allowed unless they are accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).
  • Children aged 0-3 years can be accommodated in cots without additional charges only in the private rooms with their parents.

  • There will be mandatory termination of the stay if the guest:
    • has stayed for the duration agreed upon
    • violates the applicable rules and regulations
    • behaves immorally or causes nuisance to other guests
    • is absent from the premises for over 72 hours without prior intimation
